Empty promises

<p>My mum tried to take a laptop deal with vodacom, first laptop they send us was faulty, massive issue to get it returned - they wanted to "fix" a brand new laptop. we cancelled the deal, once again massive issue, took several weeks - once finally cancelled took out a new deal with another laptop - been weeks now full of promises and different stories from different people from " its on its way, to no stock to no its not labelled yet (??) and now three weeks down the line being told that deal is no longer available regardless of the fact that it is still online - we have recieved horrible service right from the start of this whole debacle some names only amelia, adrian and the online division of vodacom - we now cancelled dealings with them completely - after weeks and weeks of empty promises we still do not have a laptop and will now look for an alternative supplier - needless to say, last time I ever try for a deal through vodacom and all existing deals will be cancelled as they come due</p>
