Empty Promises

I went into a Vodacom shop in Birch Acres Mall to check if i qualify for a contract deal, I received confirmation after completing the application form that I indeed qualified. I explained to the sales consultant that i want two phones/ tablets each worth R99. She said that they didnt have that particular stock in the store and she would order the tablets and I would get them the following week Tuesday. I asked her about the documents that I would have to submit and she said i could submit them when I collected the phone. I went to a branch in Mall of FAfrica and the consultant there said the promotion that i was referring to had ended, I then received a call from her(birch Acres) on Wed of the followint week requesting that i send her my income documents. i sent the documents through and went in to confirm that they were received. i explained the conversation that i had with the consultant from Mall of Africa and asked her if the tablets were still on speacial and she confirmed that yes they were na dthe promotionwas only ending on the 9th of September. She said the reason the documents were required at this stage was to eliminate possible ***** on my part and as soon as the documents were recived on the other side the phones will be released and I could come and collect them. Well i received a call from her a few days after saying that I can longer get the 2 tablets because my score was too low and I was a high risk client but then I qualified for a combo deal which costs R250 per month. My question to her was if i am such a high risk client, why would you trust me with R250 and not with R200???? My frustration stems from the fact that she confirmed that i would get the tablets from day 1 and i explained from day 1 that these were meant for my two sons. She continuously promised that the tablets were on their way and that they had been ordered which was clearly a white lie. i want what was promised to me because this high risk story is just nonsense.
