Empty Promises

<p>My contract expired in the beginning of May. I originally cancelled my contract but then saw the Mothersday deal - Samsung phone with Gear. I phoned Vodacom and they confirmed the package and downgraded me to the Mothersday deal. They send me an email and also confirned that they have stock and will deliver. After a week i enquired on when I will be receiving my package and then they said there is no stock. After that I received an sms confirming a backorder with ref no U970387. That was last week. I phoned this morning to follow up and the lady told me it seems that the gear is end of life and not sure if they will get it and have no eta when and cant tell me for how long this will go on etc. I asked her about my new contract in which se rep**** that i will still stay on the old contract until they have a solution. I explained to her that i cant stay on my old contract as I cant afford it, thus the reason for downgrade and why do Vodacom advertise what they cant deliver and confirm there is stock if there wasn't any stoc****! </p>
