Empty promises.

<p>So I bought a cellphone from Vodacom, Highland Mews, Witbank. Having the phone for about three months, one day it just did not want to switch on. Being under warranty, I took the phone back for repairs. They told me two weeks and it will be done. Only after two months they gave me a phone, without a battery. Which they said I can collect after two days... Another month has gone by and still no battery. They refuse to refund or give me a new battery. With this kind of service, I would never recommend anyone to buy from Vodacom. </p>
