Empty Promises

This is feedback on my complaint from 4th of December 2015<br> <br> I have still not received my upgrade or any feedback, Vodacom customer care has been in contact and apologize like everyone else is doing, but still nothing gets done. Again i will say how much I regret using Vodacom again.<br> <br> I have just spoken to Vodacom Online again, I was told that they don't know what is going on, it might be their system that is faulty....honestly you do not have to complain about service cause there is no such thing as service with Vodacom.
