Empty promises

My phone was booked into vodaworld for repairs, the store in Montana has been communicating (one way communication...emails and phone calls) with Riaan who has been giving them empty promises and this prolonged the service, a replacement phone was offered which i declined as I didn't want the phone they were offering me, i then called him myself 29.10.2015 @10h21 he then promised to contact me same done after talking to technicians, as normal to him no call was made. i then called the vodaworld and spoke to Gapie who said Riaan was unavailable he would ask him to call me back this was at 09h04 30.10.2015. still no call from him. i called back @ 10h30 to speak to Gapie, he placed me on hold to get some more clarity, which he was supposed to have done and call me back which he also didn't do, the phone cut off as a no surprise he also didn't bother calling back<br> <br> What kind of playground are they running at vodacom?<br> A month without a phone???<br> Monthly contract bill to be paid?????<br>
