Empty Promises

<br> I'm very disappointed at Vodacom repairs not to mention its *********** nature they have handled my situation <br> <br> I spoke to Thelma , Shanice and Neo the manager and they promised I will get my phone Wednesday and today its Friday I haven't received my phone , Vodacom cannot keep its promises and doesn't value its clients what a shame <br> I'm one of the worthless customers that pays Vodacom contract R621 every month <br> <br> This is an exchange why Vodacom Jabulani mall doesn't give me the device and you replace it later, You don't put your customers first when I have to pay my debit order this month without using the my device<br> <br> To date the only response I received from Vodacom is NIL even their escalations department didn't make any difference , I regret taking out a contract with Vodacom surely there's no way I will re-new with such horrible service , Note I have x2 phones on contract if that's makes any difference . <br>
