Empty Promises!!!
GREAT UPGREAT DEAL??? NOT SO HONEST AND GREAT!!
Me and my wife both did our upgrades over the phone! we received the phones and we were happy after sorting out VAS services that was not removed! Then the 1st of January 2024 came and the data that was promised to us! and after confirming the amount of data and voice time the lady who did our upgrades kept confirming what we would get, BUT WE DID NOT GET WAT WAS AGGRREED ON!!!!
Now it is costing us more in Topping Up because the contract that we were promised is not wat we are getting!!
This is actually Shocking!!!
She clearly wanted the sales and **** and sweet talked to get it!!
