Empty promises

I have been a client at Vodacom for many years. I never missed one payment.

My contract is due for an upgrade and so i went ahead and got in touch with Vodacom. I was not happy with the packages they offered and so i went ahead and sent them other deals through, from other cellphone companies. They said they tried and reach me numerous time, however i only received a call once.

After i raised my concerns, they emailed back promising me a deal match from what i sent them. This never happened, but instead received offers for almost double the price.

Very disappointed that they are treating one of their loyal customers like this.
