Empty promises
After reaching out to Vodacom, their CPT HO, their ***** department and eventually the CEO's office, I am yet to receive any feedback. I asked for proof of the debt, which legally I am entitled to, still awaiting. If I could rate them negatively, I wouldn't hesitate to do so. The issue dates back to 2020.
