Employees on the Phones instead of attending clients

The staff members at the Vodacom branch at Campus Square need to honestly do better!!! There were 4 employees, 3 females and one male with the male and 2 women attending customers. I walked in and stood to be helped while the one in the blue fleece and dreadlocs was on her phone! I waited as I actually thought she was another customer since I could not easily identify who was the employee there except those that are working and attending client. Only to find out that the one in the blue fleece and dreadlocks is also an employee and was busy with her phone the whole time instead of attending clients!!!! Another customer came in and STILL the lady was on the phone and not attending us. I actually stood and watched her do that and that woman didn't flinch. I could understand that the others were busy but what got to me is that ANOTHER person walked in and also....was not attended to as well, she had to approach her to be assisted. Again I waited and this woman literally did nothing instead of continue with her phone. I actually ended up leaving without being assisted. This was at 14:26pm 24 June 2023. Another thing that also bothered me was the fact that these people were wearing different clothes and were not easily identifiable as to who works there or not. Yal seriously need to do BETTER with servicing your clients and train your employees to attend your walk in clients than to sit and be busy with their phones while clients are waiting!!
