Contract cancellation that ended up in a downgrade because of ***** sales agent in vodacom. I wanted to cancel my contracts as rhey expired nd wa told for me to keep my numbers I should atleast downgrade and received my confirmation sms which I was happy about and the next thing the total bill amount still the same, am so ****ed with vodacom and have been with them for more than 15 years now and rhey are doinf rhis to me.
