Employee of Vodacom Vryburg goes the extra mile

When I had a billing problem last year, it did not even have to do with the Vryburb Vodacom branch. But Jackie saw my anger statement on social media and she personally reacted to it. She offered to help me with my situation. She asked if her manager could have a look in to it. Not even their case, they where fully committed to try and help me with the details I provided them. The matter got resolved by the by online peoplw handling my case. BUT just the fact that she was willing to go the extra mile to help me. Meant a lot. She delivers on what she promise.
