Emotionally stressed by vodacom
Still today I'm waiting for vodacom to contact me to give me feedback ,they have not which means they want to deduct my money for subscription services I settled and paid.This is day ******* and I will report them to ICASA.
They sent me this and I dnt even know the conclusion.
Dear Vodacom Customer. Your service ticket with reference number EC-1E9W-3V5P70 has been closed. Thank you Vodacom.
