Emotionally frustrated with Vodacom

I am really exhausted about Vodacom , I don’t even know where to start because I’ve been trying to reach to them with no luck , tried to complain here still no luck , this is really frustrating.. I made dispute for wrong payment which was not resolved however I went on and pay the bill. Now I’ve recently checked my credit score and just find out that I have a missed payment from Vodacom which was settled even though I made a dispute. My account is up To date and I’ve never missed a payment but my credit dropped because of Vodacom…
