Emergency services relying on reception service

On 16 January I published the review: "Emergency services and unreliable reception". In short it highlighted the unacceptable customer services of Vodacom. Providing essential medical services i find myself with a non-existant signal in my neighborhood and house. A problem that spans over years - and a common complaint that Vodacom has conveniently chosen to ignore.
On the 17 January i recieved a Vodacom representative call in response to my review and was promised "a technician will be sent to your house and neighborhood immediately". Nothing happened. On the 18 January i called Vodacom and spent a lengthy time speaking to various people referring me to and fro. Eventually i was told an official complaint must be lodged again! This was done: service request reference S4-NAI2J-JGQPA.
I was promised this will be handled as extremely urgent and a technician will be sent to my neighborhood and house within 3 days! Needless to say i am still waiting 12 days later!
I can truly say that Vodacom has no intention in solving this problem. I can now safely assume they show no respect to their customers and have no intention providing a basic service of adequate signal reception.
I also feel reviewing this in hellopeter has failed miserably and has proven to be a waist of time.
