Emergency Responder Vodacom tower decommissioned without warning

Vodacom has completely shut down the cell tower near my home without any warning. Since then, I have had zero signal, no internet, no calls, and no SMS.

I am a first responder and the only rescue coxswain and helicopter rescue swimmer in my area. I must be reachable 24/7 for emergency and life-saving situations, especially during the busy holiday season.

This situation is dangerous and unacceptable. By cutting off the tower, Vodacom has left me without any means of emergency communication and has placed lives at risk.

I expect immediate action, proper communication, and a clear timeline for restoring service.
