Emergency calls only

1 star is to much, for the PATHETIC, DISGUSTING AGENTS SERVICE that work for VODACOM. you call yourself, SA's leading network, and since Monday my service says emergency calls only. I cannot get any deliveries or calls nothing. Your agents at the CAVENDISH store in CAPE TOWN, has the audacity to say that, its not their problem please come back later, or try your sim in another phone. well guess what you FREAKSHOW nothing works. Do your jobs and fix my service. Your customer care line has 10million voice prompts, which is also absolutely a waste of time. DO BETTER MAN. im done, I will write a negative review every day going forward for every day that I do not have service until someone does something.
