I have never ever in my life opened a Vodacom account however til date, no communication whatsoever about concluding my complaint, refunding my money and confirming with a letter head that I owe Vodacom nothing. Vodacom direspect complaints in the worste possible manner I've ever witnessed in my life... the most useless, pathetic customer experience ever. Matsiye Mthembu from forensics departement **** about promised turn around time and belittled me and made me like I'm stupid. Denise Sokani pretended my call is silent and hung up on me. VODACOM the worste company ever in terms of customer service.</p>
