Email simcard blocked without notice

I have a vodamail email address and since Friday my email is not working. I have this number ( ********** 535) that is linked to the email for years. I query it via the Vidacom facebook page and now with a shock I heard that this number is block due to inactivity. No one warn me that the number will be blocked. I used that number exclusively for email (work,study). Why couldn't vodacom just inform me via email that the number will be blocked?? Now I have to change a hell of alot of my stuff like banking statements, retail statements and whatever more. ? I'm really disgusted about this. And I can't understand why this can't be unblocked. Agnee Vodacom!! ??
