Email address not being deleted

I have now asked Vodacom about 10 times to please delete my email address [Email Removed] and ONLY to use my personal email address [Email Removed] This has not been done - I am still getting email address to my work address. If this is not changed asap I am going viral about Vodacom - too much energy being wasted on this now. I will also change service providers once my contract expires in August.
