I have been a customer with vodacom for as long as I can remember and I cant remember ever struggling with them as I do now. Does anyone have an email address I can use to make arrangements for paying off an outstanding amount on my account? My phone's speaker is damaged so I can't call them and its only me and my baby at home so I cant physically go to a store. No matter how many times I have explained my situation on messenger they just don't seem to understand. I just need an email address to make contact with someone there, I want to pay but I need to make arrangements. Can anyone help me?
