Email account deleted and cannot be accessed

I'm beyond livid!<br> Yesterday i spent 3hours(21:02-23:53) with call center agent (Thandeka), team leader (Nomsa) and the culprit technician (Anitta). I experienced a technical error of not being able to send out emails(outlook) from my Blackberry 9900 but could receive emails. Thandeka tried to assist but the query got technical and was escalated to the \back office"and Anita was the assigned technician"
