I did not give anyone permission to give out my personal details.<br> <br> I also want to complain about the way your call centre treated me. Slingile phoned me, she started talking about some thing I qualify for.. I interrupted her in a polite way, asking if she maybe can tell me where she received my contact details from. She said that I must hold on she is going to ask her manager, so she put me on hold but somehow she took me off hold and I could hear her and a guy speaking in another language I do not understand and laughing while I'm on the other line waiting for her to come back to me. So for a while it was quiet, I was still holding on. So she gave me a customer care line I should contact, I asked her if she can please give me her name so that I can tell who I spoke to, she claimed her name was pumpkin after thinking for a while, I said that I am recording this call so she should please give me her correct name. She did not want to give me her surname. Can you please let me know who or where you got my contact details and I hope next time that you get consultants who got manners when they phone someone.
