Elite Mobile ******** in cahoots with Vodacom
Vodacom are in breech of the POPIA act and share customer information to Elite Mobile. Elite mobile then phone claiming to be from Vodacom and offer better packages through a migration. After which I ended up paying more. Vodacom are pathetic at getting this reversed to the contract I signed. Now I simply refuse to pay. PS. I have another cell phone and don't need your services or lack thereof.

22 Oct 2021, 07:24Vodacom. I signed a 24 month M select contract. I expext to be migrated back to my original package. Nothing more. Nothing less. Yesterday I was migrated to another package I never agreed to and my case closed. This case is far from closed.
