Good day Vodacom, I hope you're well. I wanted to bring to your attention that we are currently facing a situation where we believe we are being ****med by a company called Elite Mobile. They are contacting us while posing as Vodacom agents and have gained our trust by discussing ways to reduce our monthly subscription fees. Unfortunately, this led to us sharing personal information with them. Recently, we received a message from Elite Mobile stating they want to deduct money from our account, and we’re really concerned about how they are using your name without consent. Can you please clarify how this is allowed and what steps can be taken to protect customers like us from these kinds of ****s? Thank you for your assistance.
