Elite Migration

When I think that my issues with Vodacom couldn't get worse, last week I was contacted by a consultant who I have been advised is from Elite. The consultant spoke about migrating my numbers to different plan and the net result would be a saving. After checking the 079 number it didn't make any sense. I called contacted the Vodacom call center and was advised that the 079 would be increasing by over R150 rands per month, I have requested that both migrations have been reversed and hereby request Vodacom to release the audio recording of the conversation with the consultant as he advised that I would be having a savings on both lines. Which was substantially untrue and actually amounts to *****. Please spare me the phone calls, just ensure that I receive a copy of the recording of conversation. And yes you can also explain why I am paying the R98 for the esim connection that your consultant canceled.
