Elegal cellphone contract renewal/upgrade.

My cellphone contract was renewed without my permission and Vodacom refuse to reverse the renewal. There was no equipment/phone received with the renewal/upgrade. Avery helpful gentleman from Vodashop Kolonade tried to assist and reverse the upgrade with no luck.
