EL Vincent Branch Useless

My phone was handed in last week Mon/Tues for repairs at the only branch in EL that does repairs - Vincent. I had to pay R58 to "get an assessment/quote". Today is Wednesday of the following week and I still have not been contacted or quoted. The bloke at the cell shop down the road quoted me while I stood there....

I have phoned repeatedly for days and they do not answer their phones. I see there are a lot of Google reviews and complaints against this branch. At some stage, head office needs to get involved and investigate what's going on at that branch because clearly there's a problem and I am not the only one complaining.
