Efficient Vodacom Staff.
This morning I have decided to cancel my Vodacom data contract. I dreaded making the call as I have read all the negative experiences reported on Hello Peter. Luckily my call was answer by a very friendly lady Kubashni Naidu who helped me through the process and even after declining various Vodacom offers she still helped in a friendly and professional manner. I received my cancellation email and sms while still on the line. Thank you so much Kubashni.
