Efficient help from Customer Care

I had a problem which I brought to the attention of Vodacom customer care. I was answered by a lady named Katlego and she helped me as far as she could without sending me around from operator to operator, and that is something that I dearly appreciate! My problem was not solved as of that conversation which left me frustrated but I was called again by a another lady named Kethuku. Lovely lady who helped me resolve my issue on the spot and listened to my questions and answered them concisely, with grace and knowledge.

Big props to both ladies and thank you to Vodacom Customer Care for not sending me from operator-to-operator without having the problem solved!
