03 May 2022, 13:02I'm now paying for a service I didn't ask for, they were quick to collect the device, pathetic useless *********. They said the contract will be cancelled end of April which should've been cancelled by March already, and I could apply for a new one on the first of May but no you can't trust this *******s. How dishonest to charge people for a service they don't want and a device they don't have.
The callcentre never call you back and never send you confirmation of what they say is done and will be done, just empty promises and lies
