Effectiveness of sales staff

In this Vodacom store,foget to buy a cell phone for cash. You need to wait your turn to consult only with one particular sales person at a designated point. But at this sales point this same sales person must cut and fit screen films. After standing 2 hours in the que and looking how this person only fits film to customers phones I ask other staff to assist me to buy a phone and was informed that only the person that is fitting the new screen films can sell phones. Needles to say, I left this vodacom store and ended up buying a new phone at Edgars within 10 minutes. Vodacom you service stinks
