Effeciancy at hand

Thank you for the fantastic service I received at your Canal Walk Branch via telephone.. I would really like to commend Danille(hope I spelt her name right) on her professional and efficient attitude toward a customer on how she dealt with a problem and found a quick solution which completely grieved me before dealing with her, I have to say that I expected a negative outcome due to me calling and not being in store but she was brilliant and prevented me from going all the way to Century City to save me time, money and stress.. I am just pleased with the results and appreciate good service wherever I am helped. Once again in my most humble opinion she deserves to be recognised and acknowledged for her endeavours.. Trusting her future will be bright and rewarding within the ranks of Vodacom.
