Edlin Naidoo - Restoring Faith
After getting completely freaked out by the Chatbot and not understanding a word that it is trying to tell me, a wonderful human by the name of Edlin Naidoo, restored my faith in Vodacom. Not only did she calm me down, she took control of the situation in such a professional manner, that I left all control in her hands. My matter was sorted in such a sort span of time and with very little effort from my side. Her communication was impeccable. I will be number porting all my cell numbers to Vodacom at the end of this month, due to this Lady.
