****ed up service

I was disappointed with your customer Service,was handed over for one month instalment within 3 weeks of cancellation and one of the agents calling to advise there won’t be any debit order that will go off .Three years of paying then you get a ****ed up customer service. I paid the balance with VVM but your service needs upgrading. One of the agent told me to call VVM and confirm why the account was handed over as a third party those collectors will tell me you didn’t pay yet the service provider should have all the notes and recordings of what took place .
