My fibre account was in arrears and I subsequently paid it on the 15th of December 2025 through an attorney. This attorney gave me a discount if I settled the arrears before a certain date, which I did. Now Vodacom is giving me all sorts of excuses not to open the account if I don't pay the discount that I was given. What is this??
