****ed off at vodacom contract *********** consultant

On 27th of June 2017 at 12:45 I app**** for a new contract on ********** 4 online orders and i spoke to female consultant Sabbiah who took all my details and app**** on the system and it was approved. A few minutes later she told me she was having a problem with her computer and she was going to call me back to finish the order. She never did call me but went ahead with sending the contract through on her own because I received a messsage from Ram couriers that they have my package for delivery. I waited the whole weekend but no delivery was made and nothing on the 3rd of july(monday) so i decided to call and check my order on today(tuesday 4th July 2017) on ********** ,a male consultant checked and told me my order was returned to vodacom on the 4th july 2017 by Ram couriers because they could not get hold of me on a number which was written there but was not given by me.He further advised me to call back Vodacom online orders ********** 4 and when I did my first call was answered by a female consultant who asked me to hold on for Sabbiah after checking their system since she was the one who started the contract and they dropped my call after I've been holding on for a while. I called back looking to speak to the manager but was told that managers do not take calls meaning they don't speak to clients so she transferred my call to her(Sabbiah) after telling her(the new consultant) a number of times not to transfer my call to her but she did. When she answered the call she was rude and told me she entered the number that i had given her even when I told her that I did not give her that number. She further said she will escalate this contract and I told her to transfer my call to someone else to help since she was *********** because we will not be in this situation in the first place if she had not put a wrong number as my contact number. She did not transfer the call but told me she check at the back for the phone and get someone to call me and dropped the call. I'm so disappointed with vodacom this contract was a gift to my son for passing his grade with flying colours and was supposed to received it on the 4th of July 2017 at a family function where other suprises were revealed to the family. I AM SO ****ED AT VODACOM because that was ruin by an *********** consultant. To even think that I have been with vodacom since 1998 maybe its time to change service providers now.
