Vodacom Vodacom Please return my airtime and data . I paid airtime and converted to data... You guys had systyem isssues for few hours i couldnt access my internet.. Later i realise my airtime is GOne i loded 12rand x 3 same thing and again last night. And im not the only person complaining. I dont know its news **** to be off line . As there was no activate data bundles, these connections used airtime that is available on the number. Please ensure that you have an active data bundle in future when connecting to these websites.
To ensure that all out of bundle usage is blocked, kindly dial *135#> select services> select out of bundle limit lock>select data out of bundle limit lock> select option to update/change> add R0.00> submit.
As a once off gesture of goodwill, we have allocated 1GB data and R30 airtime.
