Ecstreamly bad service at vodacom online customare service

<p>I have been trying to apply for a new contract with vodacom onlime because i am also working retail hours and i just want to see if i do qualify before i do take leave to go in to the branck.</p> <p>I did apply online they gave me a reference number kg077x and they have sent me a confirmation email witch state that they will contavt me within 24 hours.</p> <p> </p> <p>Needless to say 24 hours have past and they still havent call me back so i have called the the customer care number a view times</p> <p> </p> <p>Every time i call them the phone rings so long that the phone just go dead so you have to call 2,3,4 times before you get a consultant.</p> <p>When you do get to a consultant they anser dont greet you and just transfer you to another deparment. then you in the qrong department then they have to transfer you again.</p> <p> </p> <p>Needless to say i got to a consultant 3 times the first time they took all my details and promice do get back to me the next morning before 10 and that didint happend. </p> <p>Second time i called they took all my details again and told me they cant supmit because they are off line they will call me back this morning.</p> <p> </p> <p>This morning i called again and rhey coudnt even picked up my application..... </p> <p>How can a service provider be offline for 2 days????</p> <p>I do also know that all calls are recorded so i asked vodacom to track my numer ********** 402 and listhen how poor the service is...</p> <p> </p> <p>This is the worst service i have ever received. i am second guessing to go with vodacom if they cant even help you with a contract how can they give you all the service they promice</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
