Vodacom has a standard reply to all complaints BUT does not actually get hold of the client as they say they will. EC-1KM1-2DCEQP ***** report previously posted on the 20th and nothing heard at all! Since sending all requested documents on the 9th I have NOT HEARD ONE WORD fro Vodacom NOR an email! Now wait to see the standard copy and paste reply from Vodacom! That does not actually qualify as a response Vodacom!
