EC-04FC-2P8A2F - VODACOM is not treating me fairly in protecting me against crime

I was a target to crime when my Vodacom cellphone was ******.

My phone was ****** on 25/11/2016. When I realised my phone was ****** I rushed to the Vodacom shop in Hatfield to stop my cellphone only for Thomas to tell my that if my sim has a pin I do not need to worry. I asked him if there were any acitivites on my phone where he responded again that if my sim has'a pin I do not need to worry. After this I visited the Hatfield Vodashop twice for upgrading and after the upgrade again. Nothing was ever mentioned by Vodacom about my huge account before the sim was suspeded. The Vodashop cameras can confirm my visits to the shop. This is not my actual problem - this this shows how little Vodacom cares for their clients.

MY ACTUAL PROBLEM. After I acces My Vodacom on the Thursday after being to the Vodashop I saw my account of International Calls Africa R18 722.80 = R2621.19 - TOTAL 21 343.99 WHICH WAS NOT MADE BY ME

I then logged a call with Vodacom and they agree to a 25% discount which I will not accept - EC-04FC-2P8A2F

I am still of the opinion that Vodacom did nothing to protect me - I have 3 other numbers linked to my account so their is no excuse for them not to have contacted me AND I AM SURE THEY HAVE A RED FLAG WHEN THESE HIGH DEVIATIONS TO YOUR NORMAL ACCOUNT DOES HAPPEN.

I was NOT TREATED FAIRLY in regards to protecting me as a client.

I WILL ONLY SETTLE FOR A 75% DISCOUNT AND I KNOW THIS WAS DONE BEFORE BY VODACOM WITH CLIENTS HAVING THE SAME SCENARIO

I AM REALLY WORRIED THAT HIS CAN HAVE A HUGE NEGATIVE IMAPACT ON MY CREDIT HISTORY CREDIT PORTFOLIO AS I AM NOT ABLE TO PAY THIS AMOUNT - I ONLY BUDGET FOR MY R3200 MONTHLY ACCOUNT WITH VODACOM AND THIS AMOUNT IS MY MONTHLY SALARY.

I AWAIT YOU FINAL OFFER OF 75%

REGARDS

CHRISTELLE BURGER
