Ebutler is a terrible service!

Vodacom please end this partnership you have with ebutler. I used my vodabucks and money to buy the breakfast bundle on the vodabucks store. Its been weeks and I received my order, other customers are complaining as well that they've been waiting for over a month. Ebutler doesn't have a number and they dont even respond to emails. So I've been pretty much ****med. All i want at this point are my vodabucks and my money because its clear that i won't get my order
