Eating our air time

On the 16 th of December I bought two Vodacom voucher of rands 55.00put them in my phone to buy data. With five minutes before I even bought the data my money dropped to rands 45.00 and than to rands 25.00 as I was still suffering with jet lafg from a long overseas trip I switched off my phone and called Vodacom the next day to query what happened to my airtime.

The agent and later the supervisor who to me were both useless could only tell me that I was on the internet. Yes to but data which before I could buy it ate my airtime. I switched off my phone with rands 25 still on it so was there a tkoloshi in my phone eating my airtime. When I asked the supervisor to tell me what I was doing on the internet, she says maybe watching movies or listening to music, I am not some 16 year old to listen to music nor do I watch movies from my history patten they can see I only use my data for what’s app. She further tells me to go to a Voda shop, we do not have a Voda shop in our town the nearest one is 130kms. Really I must drive all the way there. These service providers are a real ******* it’s like they sit there all day thinking of new ways of how to cheat the customers. I want my rands 110.00 back
