Easy to take over a contract!

I had to transfer a contract from my father to my name last month. Now before I contacted vodacom on this matter, i talked to allot of people and everyone said it would be simpler to get a new contract and a new number because they said Vodacom makes it a living nightmare. <br> <br> I decided to go forth to take over the contract because i wanted to keep my number. I phoned the vodacom's help line but the people weren't very helpful. I decided to phone my nearest vodacom branch in Kolonnade for help. The kind lady understood exactly what i wanted to do and then emailed me the necessary documentation to fill out and explained everything to me. The next day i went to the store and everything was done in less than a hour.<br> <br> I am so pleased at the level op kindness and helpfulness I received from this store. I don't know if it is allowed to mention the persons name but if you want a name i can supply the name of the kind lady who helped me.<br> <br> Thanks for the wonderful experience!
