Easily the worst experience with poor service and poor communication
We app**** for 2 routers at Vodacom (Mthatha-Madeira) on Tuesday/Wednesday this week. We were assisted by Zinobulali (sp), she had a trainee at her table.
She was on her phone the entire time of my mom's and I consultation, she was on a video call at some point, all this while having a trainee to show the ropes to.
The ID color wasn't clear enough and I noticed that on the table but I chose to be quite because she knew what she was doing. She then called me the next day because my mom's ID was declined by HQ. We had to drop off the ID, only to learn that only one of the 2 applications was processed and the second one declined, and thus affected her credit scoring. We didn't get the desired second line for my sister in JHB. She promised that nothing routers would be delivered by Saturday (today). Yesterday, I get a whatsapp text from a Mavo, he requested my location and said that we wouldn't receive any assistance for another 3 WORKING days. We're sitting on 6 days (by my calculations) to get the routers. I expressed, more than once that both routers are for people who work from home and we can't afford to be without a connection. Today, Zinobulali tells me that she's at a burial and can't assist. She was aware that she'd be out of office today but made no arrangements for us to get assisted.
Id like to know what Vodacom would rather have us at this point. Being Africa, you get treated any how a person deems fit because none of this would happen to other races.
