Easier to take legal action than provide documents?

I have ported a number to prepaid in December with Vodacom. Somehow the agent messed it up and it was not completed. In January I got billed again. The agent explained this was in error and that the debit order will be reversed. After 14 days, this was not done and I reversed the debit order.

In February, Vodacom have a misterious debit on the account, together with a credit note and an invoice. I have since requested with reference numbers, these documents 4 times from them, in order to try and figure out what have they done and what I owe them. To date, not even as much as a call.

Now I am receiving section 129 notices in prelude to summons. Seriously Vodacom, is that the way to treat someone who has been a customer since the early '90s? Can you not just send me the documents so I can figure out what is owed and what not and pay you the amount due without all this nonsense? And that for R371.

And for crying out loud, get a damn phone number or an email address with a person one can talk to when you go in dispute so I dont have to go through 30 minutes talking to a computer every time.
