Early Upgrade Request
<p>Hi,</p> <p> </p> <p>I have been a vodacom customer for over 10 years. I am less than 6 months away from my upgrade date, and I would like to have an early upgrade. My average spend is R500, and I understand that I need an average spend of R800. Surely for a customer that has such a long history with the company, I could be offered an early upgrade? After all I would be commiting to the company for almost another 3 years in a highly competitive market.</p>
