Early Upgrade leads to double invoices!!!

When upgrading, NO one at Vodacom tells you when your contract is actually expiring, and that you are going to pay for the remainder of the old contract, old handset, new contract , new handset!!

We did an upgrade, and now Vodacom charged us for the old contract and the new contract!! Why did they let us upgrade if they knew we are going to pay double. Is this a way of Vodacom to catch us into paying double just to squeeze a bit more out of their customers!! WHATCH out for Vodacom when you are upgrading, make 100% sure when your 24 month contract expires, before you upgrade!!

On behalf of Vodacom, kindly accept our sincere apology for the manner in which your enquiry was dealt with and for any inconvenience caused.

Kindly refer to your recent upgrade quotation, the current amortised amounts and month remaining months is found on the quotation. This stipulates how many month/cost is left from the previous upgrade.

Kind regards
