Early cancellation of contract
Paid the early settlement quote and the received confirmation that the contract is now prepaid. Next thing next month they debited and I reversed it. Now i am handed over VODACOM what a **** you are. my account is even closed on the credit Bureau but I am handed over to MDB.

15 Aug 2025, 11:38I already called and your Consutant is telling me they forgot to tell me I need to pay a month of the cancellation; guys don't play guys with us. If you quote me to close the account and I pay, I am not paying anything after that. Worse on the credit Bureau is close. Vodacom and MDB you will sort yourself out
